Refund Policy for Digital Products

At  Paper Kite Books, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. However, because our products are digital goods delivered via Internet download, we generally cannot offer refunds once the files have been downloaded.

Standard Policy: All Sales Are Final

Unlike physical goods, digital files cannot be “returned.” Therefore, requests for refunds are typically declined if the file has been successfully delivered.

Exceptions (When we offer a Full Refund)

We will happily issue a full refund within 14 days of your purchase in the following cases:

  1. Technical Defects: The file is corrupt, damaged, or technically impossible to open, and we are unable to resolve the issue within 48 hours of your report.
  2. Duplicate Purchase: You accidentally purchased the exact same product twice.

How to Request a Refund

To request a refund under these exceptions, please email us at support@paperkitebooks.com with:

  • Your Order Number.
  • A brief description of the issue.

Cancellations

Due to the instant nature of our delivery system, orders cannot be cancelled once the download link has been sent to your email.
